Over 30 year of experience in business administration, strategic management, corporate governance and technical expertise in the energy sector. She has led major projects, like:

  • the merger of the three distribution companies of Electrica Group (40.7% of Romania’s territory and 3.8M users).
  • the definition of the acquisition strategy of Electrica Furnizare (the market leader with approximately 3.5M consumption sites).
  • Electrica Group purchase of four renewable production companies with a projected installed capacity of 284 MW, of which 163 MW in three photovoltaic projects and 121 MW in a wind project that will include a storage capacity of 60 MWh.
