  • sale of the 5% of SIF Oltenia’s share in BCR to Erste AG (€168M).
  • the National Investment Plan (€180M) within the Romanian Ministry of Energy.
  • the Fondul Proprietatea’s acquisition of the 22% share of Electrica.
  • the coordinator of the Bucharest team for the Bank of Cyprus takeover by Marfin Bank.
